Headquartered in Newport News, Virginia CTR was established in 1987 capitalizing on the staffing needs of the numerous government and shipyard facilities in Virginia’s Hampton Roads area.

What we do:

From the outset, CTR focused on direct placements in the areas of Engineering Design, Information Technology, Scientific Applications and other staffing services such as contract, temporary, and temporary-to-hire. Over time, this focus broadened to include the blue-collar workforce and CTR has become a significant employer for projects from New England to the Gulf Coast.
