A CONTRACT POSITION with Temp-Hire Potential
INDUSTRY: HOSPITALITY
LOCATION: WILLIAMSBURG
PAY RATE: $14.89 per Hour
Shift: 6:30am - 3:30pm or 4pm in the summertime
7am - 3:30pm or 4pm the rest of the year
Must be willing / able to work every weekend (Will have 2 day off during the week)
SUMMARY
Assist Maintenance Team with maintaining vacation resort community. Fix minor plumbing such as unclogging drains, plunging toilets, and repairing leaky spigots and faucets. Perform miscellaneous minor repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls. Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, incl. cleaning and lubrication. Maintain daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities. Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues. Some HVAC troubleshooting.
Change out dishwashers, toilets. Perform light caulking, painting, light drywall work. Report any maintenance problems, or safety hazards.

PAY RATE: $10.41 - 10.50 per Hour
Must be able to work every weekend and work variable shifts.
ACTIVITIES COORDINATORS / RECREATION ATTENDANTS:
Promote resort's recreation activities and facilities to adults and children, e.g. trivia contests, pool and outdoor games, and educational programs from food/beverage tastings to local storytelling. Encourage and register guests for activities, maintaining equipment and facilities. Welcome and acknowledge all guests and anticipate their service needs. Process payments for rental equipment, recreation activities, facility rentals, or retail sales. Extensive walking is required.

PUBLIC SPACE ATTENDANTS / HOUSEKEEPING AIDES:
Assist Housekeeping Team with maintaining cleanliness, attractiveness, and safety of public areas in vacation resort community. Drive golf cart from one side to another. Report any maintenance problems, or safety hazards. Deliver excellent customer service to vacationing guests. Will operate the golf cart to deliver items to the guest villas. Will be responsible for cleaning all public areas, incl. fitness center, hallways, conference rooms, lounges, and restrooms. This includes vacuuming, dusting, cleaning windows, etc.

CULINARY STAFF & PREP COOKS with Active Secret Clearance
PAY RANGE: $16.50 for Cook 1
$17.80 for Cook 2 per Hour, which includes health insurance benefits
Seeking Culinary Personnel: Cooks I, Cooks II, and Prep Cooks. Will assist the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of all meals served in the dining hall and other facilities. Will be responsible for breakfast, lunch, or dinner preparation, set up, replenishing during service and breakdown of the hot entrée line.

FOOD SERVICE WORKERS, with Active Secret Clearance
PAY RATE: $14.50 per Hour, which includes Health Insurance Benefits
Rotating Shift: Will be scheduled for early shift one week and late shift the next:
--6am-2:30pm
--11am-7:30pm
Duties include setting up the serving line for each meal, plating food items for customers, operating the dishwasher and cleaning the area at the end of the meal. Keep dining room clean with vacuuming, dusting and sweeping. Assemble coffee kits and donut trays. Responsible for setup and service at the Conference Centers.
HOUSEKEEPERS (with Active Secret Clearance)
PAY RANGE: $16.10 per Hour
6am-2:30pm, Monday - Friday

Day Shift, 40 hours per week, with minimal overtime
Serve as Automotive Technician on passenger carrying vehicles, trucks, and trailers of all sizes. service, repair, and overhaul various types of vehicles.
