Know someone who would be a great fit for a position at CTR? Refer them to us by filling out our simple referral form below.

Bonus Rewards: 

When your referral is hired and successfully completes two weeks on the job, you’ll receive a referral bonus! The bonus ranges from  $25  to $300, depending on the position referred.

Spread the Word:

Terms and Conditions: 

To be eligible for the referral bonus, the referred candidate must be hired by CTR and successfully complete a minimum of two weeks on their assigned job. The exact bonus amount will vary depending on the position referred and will be paid per our referral program guidelines. Please note that the referred candidate should not be an active CTR employee or have had recent contact with a CTR Staffing Specialist within the last 30 days.
